As always with these things, we needed a new boiler when ours became beyond repair unexpectedly. Not ideal but necessary with having little ones in the house and no hot water and heating. I was dreading the cost and time without hot water in particular. Having done some research and obtaining several quotes, we went with Tony and I am very glad we did. He recommended a boiler to suit our needs, this was £500 cheaper than other ones I was trying to be sold elsewhere and he fitted us in around other jobs to make sure the children had a hot bath two days later. We really appreciated the compassion showed, the knowledge and professionalism. We will be sure to use TW Gas Services again. Thank you.

I was let down by another company I had been using regularly for landlord certificates and general property maintenance at short notice. Keen to stay local I found Tony down the road from the property and he fitted me in to allow the tenant to move in the next day. This partnership has continued since with Tony undertaking all aspects of property maintenance for me. Reliable, competitive pricing being important in the current market and a job done good.
